No, and no provider can make that promise. The decision belongs to the editorial board and peer reviewers, not the consulting firm. What Aria delivers is the manuscript, analysis, and strategy that raise the probability of acceptance at venues aligned with the research: two or three target journals carefully assessed, refined argumentation, and methodological rigor. That is where the work is done. Editorial acceptance is the venue's decision, not the firm's.
How does Aria protect the confidentiality of my research?
Every project operates under a bilateral NDA signed before any substantive material is exchanged. Manuscripts, data, and ideas remain the full intellectual property of the researcher. Procedure details at /how-it-works.
How much does it cost? Why are no prices listed on the site?
Scope varies dramatically across projects. Statistical analysis of a 200-respondent questionnaire does not carry the same cost as computer vision over 50,000 images. Instead of fixed packages that would force clients to pay for what they do not need, each quote is built from the actual project. After the initial form, Aria responds within 48 business hours with an assessment and estimate.
How long does it take?
It depends on the state of the project on arrival and the front engaged. Targeted revisions and analyses take between 2 and 4 weeks. Full packages, from research question to submission, take 60 to 90 days. Rush timelines (under 4 weeks) are evaluated case by case and may be declined when they compromise quality. Aria does not operate under rushed conditions. Projects that do not fit a methodologically honest timeline are not accepted.
How does Aria's acknowledgment appear in the final manuscript?
Every contract involving substantive writing or rewriting includes a clause acknowledging Aria in the acknowledgments of the published work, in line with ICMJE guidelines and the CRediT taxonomy. This is international editorial standard, not an option: substantive contributions must be declared in the manuscript. Procedure details at /how-it-works.
Does Aria issue invoices? Can I use institutional funds?
Yes. Aria operates with an active CNPJ in Brazil and issues NFS-e, which allows the Brazilian researcher to use funds from FAPESP, CNPq, CAPES, and other funding agencies. For international clients, billing is in USD or EUR through an international payments platform; the exact format of fiscal documentation is aligned in the initial call according to the client institution's requirements.
Does Aria provide the code for the analyses?
The standard is the full technical report: methodology, tables, figures, and prose ready for the results section. Code is available as an add-on for projects where the researcher needs the reproducible process documented, typically when the target journal requires it or when the work serves as the basis for a subsequent stage of the research.
In which languages does Aria work?
Portuguese and English as working languages — academic writing in both registers, not translation. Aria serves Spanish-speaking clients with interaction in Spanish and final delivery in Portuguese or English. Other languages are outside scope.
