When you need
direction, not execution.

Three services for researchers who want to learn the process, not outsource it. Operations cover one-off consulting for specific diagnoses, structured publication mentoring over 60 days, and workshops for graduate programs aiming to qualify internal output.

One-off Consulting

One hour of focused conversation that saves months of wrong direction.

60-minute session via Google Meet, with recording delivered to the client. Methodological diagnosis of ongoing research, journal selection guidance, research question structuring, technical questions on statistics, machine learning or tools. Availability subject to expertise compatibility — topics outside the operation's technical scope are declined at initial qualification. Consulting does not replace execution; it indicates direction and identifies critical points.

Publication Mentoring

For those who want to learn to navigate the editorial system — not just outsource a submission.

Structured package of 2 to 4 sessions over 60 days, with asynchronous review between sessions. Complete cycle coverage: research design, academic writing in PT or EN, strategic journal selection, submission preparation, response to reviewers. The researcher conducts the work; the operation guides, reviews, flags risks, and calibrates strategy. Supplementary material (checklists, cover letter templates, annotated examples) delivered at each stage.

Institutional Workshop

For programs aiming to qualify internal output — not outsource project by project.

Sessions of 1 to 3 hours for master's, doctoral cohorts or faculty. Themes calibrated to the contracting program: writing for international journals, computational methods for non-technical researchers, transforming data into papers ready for submission, systematic review with AI support, publication strategy by career stage. Customized material delivered before the session. Available in-person in São Paulo and surroundings, or online via Google Meet or institutional Zoom.
